The Invitation was born from my own becoming — through the messiness of motherhood, the ache of heartbreak, and the beauty of finding my way back to myself. This space is about that journey… the one where you remember who you are underneath all the roles, expectations, and noise.

I’m a sonic alchemist — which is really just a soulful way of saying I use my voice, sound, and energy work to help people come home to themselves. I share vocal sound healing, womb wisdom, and embodied practices that move energy, clear stuck emotions, and awaken what’s been waiting inside you.

Everything I offer — from meditations to sound transmissions to the words I write — is an invitation to soften, to reconnect, and to rise. No pressure to perform or fix yourself. Just space to feel more like you again.
